Need hitchhiker slug ID

I found this guy on the front glass this morning when I turned the lights on. Any clues? I know it's not stomatella or a chiton.

That's the underside of a chiton, most likely Cryptoplax.

Do you know if it is reef safe? I did some googeling on Cryptoplax and thats what it looks like. But I couldn't find any info on aggresiveness or habits.

Yep it is reef safe, its a grazer, and may also munch on coraline algae. One wont be enough to do any harm tp your coraline though
