So i have an acrylic sump and the baffle between the fuge and the return let loose on the on side .

I can not remove the sump since there's a divider in the stand and we slid the sump in from the back .

Can I use weld on under water ? Either the 3 or the 16? I think I can drain it enough where I can get most of it

If not what are my alternatives ? Super glue? Silicone ? Would they hold the pressure?

Drain the sump and use the proper acrylic solvent like weld on 3 or 4 (if no gaps between surfaces to be welded) or weld on 16 if there is a slight gap..

There is little to no reason you cannot completely drain the sump and repair it properly.
And if you come up with a reason you think you can't.. I'll give you the solution to that too so you can ;)

If there is water on both sides of the baffle at similar water levels, the pressure should be pretty minimal.

I have an article on pressure locking sump baffles from wet web media. rc would not let me upload it because it was to big. You can google it. It uses marine outdoor foam rubber and it worked for me. You can take them out if you want to move them.

Awesome :) Can I send you a PM whenever I encounter a difficult problem around the house and I know the correct solution... but I don't want to do it?
