Well when talking to the guys at puppy center we figured prob the best way is to lay some plywood along the bulkhead stairs and use a couple tow straps to slowly lower it and slide it down.
I bought 2 straps rated for 10,000lbs each. They are 27 feet long each. And I have plywood ready.
