Need some help

I have tried to keep a long tentacle and bubble tip anenome. Both of which I kept for over a month before losing.
The long tentacle was semi full and never secured itself to anything, I need up crushing under a rock accidentally.
The bubble tip was always full, looked absolutely stunning. Seemed happy during day, however would come dislodged nightly, only to return to same spot. It was sucked into vortech and shredded.
The tank is a 180, water volume of 350, salinity .025 nitrates 0 phosphtea 0 alk 7.8 ph 8.1 orp 410. Tank has been set up for 8 months. Fish good. Sps good.

I have kept reef tanks for years, however this has been my first attempt at keeping an anemome and I am failing miserably.

I am thinking it is due to the flow and lighting. I have three mp40s, one I run almost off, the other 2 I run at just over 1/2. Which I would rather run more, however anenome seemed to like it less. Sps and fish seem to like more. The lighting is ati power module 4t5 and LEDs at 40pct.

If due to light and flow I wanted to consider carpet anenome, however concerned about it being in and around sps, other fish, and size it could become. Which is why I tried the other 2. In addition to wasting $ and killing another living creature.

Anyone able to help me?

Sounds like both were accidents. I have a gig , 2 by a and a maLu. The gig is opportunistic, it's eaten a mandarin, lots of snails, and 2 peppermint shrimp, once attached they seam to stay pretty well. My btas like to roam. Of you do get some anemones make sure you get the foam guards for the mp40. Try running all 3 at lower speeds so more watermovemwmt with less velocity. Lighting sounds good.

I think the difficulty scale of anemones is heavily skewed due to the fact that some anemones are more prone to diseases and won't ship well. I never had less trouble with an anemone than with my current gigantea after curing it from the disease they often come with.
