Need some interceptor

I need some interceptor... I'm not sure where it came from, maybe from the last meeting, but I've found some redbugs on my acro colony. No loss of color etc. yet, so I think it's early in the stages. I haven't added any new acro since the BAR swap until the last BAR meeting =X

Anyways, anybody have interceptor locally?

As soon as I get frags, I sprinkle some interceptor into the bags, so by the time I get home (6 hours later) the frags just need lugol dips

Red bugs won't cause color loss, but they are more of an irritant, much like afids and roses. Good idea to take care of it earlier than later.

I have never heard of them doing that. That would be news to me. From my understanding and experiences, they are more a hassel than anything. AEFW and monti nudis are a different story.

One more reason to dip the heck out of everything before it goes in your tank.

well, lugols/TMPCC are not 100% against red bugs.. at least not in the recommended dosages.. so make sure to dip in interceptor also
