Need to use a water rig

Maybe I'm understanding your post wrong but you want to borrow a truck that can hold water to fill your tank? I very seriously doubt you'll find anyone who will let you borrow that. There are several folks who have a business providing seawater to customers. Your much more likely to be able to schedule something like that than finding someone to borrow there truck. Oh yea, it might also run you a little more than $20.

Basically I knew a few people built serious back I the day and had them like this but I'm noticing the hobby isn't the same anymore

Something simple like this I'm paying for water but filling my tank and a buddy's tank so instead of having to pay for 2 fills I could have the guy just fill the big tank put water in his tank and then fill mine
