LFS has listed as "green carpet"

Been at the LFS for 12 months, considering taking it home..

I guess that is why they have it for 12 months. Things are over price here in Corpus Christi it 200 for that green would never sell here either.

Great looking nem though. See if you can bargain with them. If its been there for 12 months its healthy and also eating at their inventory. Its turnover game for lfs.

The LFS is the only one in a couple hour drive that would even bother to attempt to keep a nem in stock, and the only one I would buy something like this from. It is owned by a true enthusiast (and friend) and this has been in their coral only system for going on a year now. While it's likely over priced for a carpet that size elsewhere finding one alive in this area that doesn't need immediate help makes it worth the $$$ for me.

I think I have a place on the sand bed for it where I had originally hoped to put a big clam, and I will work on getting the QT biocube out and running for him. I have an extra matching light for the cube, so I can slowly ramp up to the exact lighting schedule of the DT while in QT and treat if needed. This would be my first nem and I am quite apprehensive about it's survival.

Haddoni are quite hardy once they are established in captivity. Bright light low current, should not lift or move their oral plate, and good water condition is all he need. He may eat your fish.
And I course a sand bed :)

$200 is a bit much for that anemone. more like $40-60 in my opinion. haddonis are very hardy. just put them on deep sand bed and feed often. my sabae clowns found mine within minutes. for $200, u can get one online and with shipping cost, its still cheaper.
