Nem tank question

Is a 40breeder enough tank for a Haddoni and a pair of clowns? I don't currently have a tank set up, and I have a couple options, the most reasonable of which is the 40breeder.

That would be a nice starter tank. Just keep in mind that once acclimated and fed well, haddoni can get BIG.

I just set up a 20g breeder for the same purpose as a nem tank. Only thing in there now is a pair of clowns and some zoas. Plan on moving some of the RBTA's from the main in a few months. Haddoni is out due to size of tank, but what's a good nem I can put on the sand for a 20g?

Malu are good for a tank your size.

Anemone often don't grow fast unless you feed them, intentional or otherwise. I can keep perfectly healthy Haddoni in a 40 gal breeder for years.

From the footprint a 40B should be fine. My only concern with a 40B would be that it may be a little on the shallow side - keep in mind that you need at least 3" to 4" of sand for a haddoni to bury its foot.

I just converted my 42 CADlight into an haddoni tank. That one is 30" x 18" x 18". (Has some red slime going right now.)

That big one is at least a foot when fully open.
My wife insisted on the Darwin ocellaris. Otherwise, I would have gone with wild sebaes from Sri Lanka (AC had some large ones), allardi or latifasciatus.
