Excellent! I've been putting a lot of attention on the vivaria lately, and I didn't exactly somehow feel much urgency about seeing some speakers etc, but I'm glad I did. Calfo's talk was so good I saw it twice!
The dinner was a lot of fun; much smaller than Macna and easier to socialize. It was held right in the aquarium, so you could just hang out if front (or on the catwalk above!) the 20,000 gallon reef and enjoy a brewski. Pretty good.
At the end the lights in the tank went out and we watched all the flashlight fish come out and swim around.
I'll give an official report at the meeting, if anybodies interested. I took pretty good notes.

This was my first and it was just thrilling for me to get to meet authors I have read and read about. At the end of Anthony Calfo's talk I was able to have him sign my book and ask him a question - I think this was way too cool for someone like me who is so new to the hobby.
