As you may have heard, Long Island Club is hosting NERAC III, March 10th and 11th. Its almost like going to a mini MACNA in a more intimate setting with the added benefit of getting to see Atlantis Marine World's spectular 20,000G reef tank.

I think we as a club should try to support neighboring club activities, and I hope we can have a strong presence at this event. AMW has been extremely supportive of us, and hosted us at the aquarium and for a collecting trip - and we would like to make this into a regular fall event.

I am hoping that NCPARS steps up and makes a presence at this meeting. I need to find out from the BOD what we can do as a club to support this.

Sanjay, you might want to see if they would like to use fragswapper for there event. This would make registering easier and seeing what is listed as well.

I might be able to go but I will have to see. Lots of things going on right now with school and all.

Given the poor response we have for people from the club attending, we will nto hit the limit of 10 to get the club discount. I would suggest giving up on this and registering yourself directly.

Our club swap meet is close to this one and that may be the cause. Its too bad they are so close or maybe we would get a better response. Maybe we can plan better in the future to avoid big swaps being this close.
