I've been a little ****ed at NF lately... is it me, or does it seem like 50% of the disks we get are too scratched to play? And I know it is a scratch bc when I get the replacements, 50% of them DO play... so this isn't some software/firmware update I need to do on my B.R. player... at lest not in 50% of the cases.

I love it! We've had a couple of damaged discs over the years, but have never had to pay for them.

Our turnaround time is really quick, especially considering that I live in the boonies.

Not to mention my love affair with streaming movies/TV shows on our Wii.

Not much suckage over here!

Netflix + Iphone = Entertainment anywhere. Extremely handy when getting my hair cut and I have to wait for the barber.

I love netflix, I have had only 1 cracked disk and it is great on my 360. I don't even have cable now.

I love Netflix. Blu-Ray on my PS3 to my 1080p projector with a 106" screen, simply awesome!!!! The streaming is extremely good through the PS3 also. Only had one disc that was scratched to the point of skipping, and it was a DVD.

Its been good to us. only a couple damaged discs over the last few years.

The only gripe I have is the streaming - one day something is there, the next its gone. we were in season 2 of Lost and they just pulled it and left season 5 on-line. had to switch to blue ray.

I've been using NF for years. The other day I was actually thinking that the service and disc quality the last few months has been better than ever.

NF is ok,the only complaint I have is their new releases are about a month behind Time Warner PPV..Good movies wait time can be annoying..

Never gotten a disc from them. I always used the digital play for our 360, computers, PS3, and Wii. But every time we'd think of a good movie to randomly watch they did not have it on demand. So I can only speak for that and say their selection is horrendous but will only get better. I do hope one day to use them again, but not until their "On-Demand" gets better!! Just My 2 Cents!

Love it!! We've had it for about 3 years and only have had 2 problems. One was a scratched disc and the other was one that never arrived and we get 3 to 4 discs per week. Not bad odds I say.
