Neuheiten Bei Tunze

Hey Roger,

The new items look great! The pic of the 7095 controller looks way better than the design pics you sent me. I am liking the waterproof cover on it. Would customers be able to add additional moonlights to this system if they wanted to?

BTW, I don't think Ken will be making it to Interzoo ( i know you had asked me before about it. )

Talk to you soon and have a good trip.

Ben

In the future we will make a stand alone moonlight but it won't be possible to add another as it is part of the photocell.

Hurry with the stand alone moon light ..just kidding , lol

I can't wait to get my hands on one of those

The beer is excellent as always- so is the leberkas, nurenbrat, kartoffelsalat and donner kebap :) I look forward to being in Nurenburg where I can get my favorite beer, Tucher Bajuvator.

ok had a think on the wave box and if its using a 6100 it would seem to indicate that the pump must be turned on empty say one litre out of the box and then turn Off to avoid sucking air into the pump. now at 12000 litres an hour thats 3.3Litre per second or at 4000 litres per hour thats 1.1 litres a second!

If correct how does the pump handle this? is it a full stop or is the pump just spun at a low RPM to allow water to refil the box and how do you handle the heat build up in the motor block?

I would assume the drivers could soft start the pump and even sense pump direction, but even with this the brakes would be engaged and if the pump has a 1 second duty cycle would this not wear the brake assy out?

AND, lets say I install one set it up and hit the ideal resonant frequency of my tank, is 2 cm the absolute maximum water displacement or can it go higher whats the limiting factor?

Interested in the technology of the unit, looks a fun bit of kit

Just interested

The 1073.04 is higher volume and lower head pressure. It is mechanically flow adjusted and it is made in Italy and adapted for our use.

The 7100/2 is high pressure lower volume. It is electronically adjusted and it is a real Tunze pump, made in house at our factory.

I don't know that their is a better. The 1073.04 pumps more water but the 7100/2 pumps farther and uses less energy and likely will last longer. The 1073.04 though is easier to use and much cheaper.
