Do you think it will help me to be smarter? :clown:

I couldn't pass this up... my sand bed was looking a little bare so I added this Rainbow Trachyphyllia geoffroyi. Purple ring around the edge, pink, yellow, orange, red, with blue, green center. Three mouths to feed.

Nice coral Donna. I'd just watch the goby just in case it tries to bury the brain. May I ask where you got the brain at? I think I need to buy a new one hahahaha ;)

HA Ryan! That's what I was thinking when I saw Miss Butthead Dotti looking at it when I uploaded the picture. She's pretty good about not swimming off the sand bed while sifting sand. The only problem I have with her is that every night she likes to spit sand around the edges of my large Zoa rock she sleeps under. I'm wondering if this has turned into a game between her and I. LOL
I got the coral at Exotic. It was in their large main tank and was the only one like it. They do have about half a dozen or so in the other tanks... Orange and white, I didn't see any common green ones. With the recent tsunami storm...They will be getting a large shipment in from HA this weekend, so I was told since I went in to buy a fish not a coral.

I was wondering... If you guys could help with some advice. I placed it on a 2" round thin frag plate. The edges of the coral hangs off not touching it and the bottom of the coral is flat and round. Do I leave it on that, or should I place it on the sand. My sand is very fine and it sticks on the coral edges when I first put it in.

Thanks Julie. :)

I went home to check on it at lunch time. Nice & Fluffy guess I need to move it away from the rock now.

I believe in nature they are commonly found on sand beds. The base of the brain's skeleton kind of acts like an anchor and hold them in the sand.

Very Nice
I do not have a brain. And since I do not that is all I have to say about that.
It makes me wonder what I could do if I only had a brain.
