but on... will start plumbing tomorrow!

Bluetooth win and mac apps for the doser... Nice to see more people get into the computer controlled setups.

When you are setting it up take some notes and give us an impression.

Thanks!

and water tested ... small leaks.. gotta redo.. blah. bulkheads drip (2 out of 5), taped fittings drip (2 out of 5 ... different 2)... drips are minor.. but would give me salt creep.

Tank and stand look beautiful. Leaks are hard to fix. Just make sure you don't over tighten the bulkheads(but I am sure you know this already).

thanks.. well it's a guessing game on the tightening.. I think i didn't over/under tighten.

waiting for gaskets to swell and see if I still have a leak.. I think i'll be re-seating a few before finalized.

You're going to have a lot of leveling issues if you mount that tank and stand on carpeting. Bad idea! Best to remove the carpet under the tank's footprint and put in tile. If you put in an even wider border of tile around it it will be much easier to keep the surroundings clean.

already perfectly level... not sure why I would have future leveling issues... the maintenance will occur on the other side of the wall...

Once you add the weight of the water you may get a nasty surprise. And it is inevitable that sooner or later you will splash saltwater on the carpet. There is maintenance to be done on the tank such as scraping the glass, so not all the maintenance will be done in the back room.

The new refugium... couldn't decide on a "mud" so I got them all... (fyi - the bucket is NOT the new fuge... just the mixing station).
