most of the live stock and corals are still around and will be going in the new illuminata.

Looks like a really clean build good job. I love my 57. Just make sure you acclimate your corals carefully to that power module, they put out tons of light! For my sunpower, I used layers of screen material and slowly took them off over a period of a couple weeks. Even doing that I still managed to bleach some stuff.

Quick Update

Quick Update

Pukani rock arrived. 50lbs was allot, only used about half of it. Rock was very clean little to no debris.

Now the long boring wait. Rock has been cycling for about a week now. Tank smelt a little at first but has gone away.

Couple pics.

I really like the idea of dry rock, but I am worried about the phosphate issue. Please keep us updated on how long it takes for it to stop.

By the way, I absoluetely love the stand, its very sharp

new skimmer!

new skimmer!

Tank parameters are leveling out, phosphates are at 1.0, came way down over the past week, amonia's at 0, almost done with cycle, took about a month. Just recieved my swc 120skimmer, no complaints so far, build quality is very good. any recomendations at water level for skimmer?? Its at about 7.5" right now.

couple pics, havn't decided on lights yet,

Looking great so far! I'm considering the same exact tank and wanted to see what it looked like set up. I like that it has the same footprint as a 40g breeder with just 5 inches of extra height. Rimless tanks are SO sharp and contemporary looking. I love the clean lines.

Very nice, next tank I set up Im definately going with dry rock. I also want to re do my aquascape to more of a two defined mountains similiar to what youve done. Just kinda worried about ill effects from rearranging things.

New ATI powermodule. best aquarium purchase i've ever made, light Fixture is built like no other. top quality. glad i diddn't go with leds. Was actually looking at the maxspect mazzara. some pics after the install.

still working on a bulb combo, I have these 7 bulbs to pic from. if anyone has pics with the bulb combos please post em.
4 blu+
1 purple+
1 uvl super atinic
1 aquablu special

bit messy. all pics are with atinics only, 2 bulbs.

Interested in why you went with the 120 cone instead of the 160 you had previously mentioned?

I went with the 120 because of its size, could have fit the 160 but it would have been tight, less than a half inch of room on the sides. Im hoping the 120is large enough. if not ill upgrade and cram the 160 in somehow.

Added livestock

Crappy cell pic, will post better pics tonight, added school of chromis and couple coral frags from other tank, Along with a bunch of critters.
