They are nice. They are one of the largest growing types. Thus, the common name "elephant ear" for the size and sometimes unusual shape they can get.
You can try to feed it a couple times per week.
Anemone like, it will often fold itself over it's center mouth when capturing larger sized bits of food.
In case you did not know-
Word of Caution:
Often not a problem, however it has been known to "take" small fish that may lazily sit on it. Or often- a small "clownfish" though not lazy, will get tricked into thinking it is harmless. It may or may not care. But specimens of it have been known to fold over on the unsuspecting clown, trapping the poor thing.
Then it will eat and slowly digest the fish. Just something to watch for. Depending on what fish you keep.
If you ever have clowns, I just suggest getting them a host anemone. They'll most likely ignore hosting anything else then. Just as a precaution.
Small gobies or other types of small fish that slowly move around, investigate and stop on things as a natural habit "could" fall victim the same way. If the "elephant ear" is really hungry.
But lots of people keep them even with fish. Just something to manage, like anything else.
