Ok i just bought a bta and 5 min later it started going behind the rockwork and it never move from back there, i bought it yesterday the guy where i bought it from told me to feed it every day for a week because is bleached out but how can i if it wont come out...thanks

The guy you bought it from shouldn't have sold a bleached anemone. There is a little more to it than feeding every day for a week. It needs to be fed tiny pieces daily, IMO. What lighting do you have, what size tank, and what are your water parameters? How long has the tank been up and running? Try using a turkey baster to get the food to the anemone.

Well this tank is about 1 month old but i swap everything from a 5 months old tank that i had.my par are good just the calcium is a bit high 490ppm
i want to know if i should bring it back to the front of the tank

Five months is not long enough to house an anemone.

We really need the rest of the parameters to help, actual numbers. Also need the other questions answered.

Moving it could stress it out more, and will not guarantee that it won’t move again.

You can not get an anemone to stay put. It will go where it wants, and the more you try to move it, the more likely it will die. There is alot of good information regarding BTA, please do a search on this site. You need to know the requirements of anemones before purchase as they require a higher level of care and experience to thrive not just survive. Good luck.

NEVER depend on your Anemone to stay front and center where you really want him.
He will almost never stay there.
But they will move and will come out of their hiding place when they find the need.
They can survive for days or even weeks in the dark and they do there best healing from a splitor God forbid being sucked up into a filter intake

I bought the bta first because i wanted one second because a person told me
A 5 months old tank should be good to keep an anemone,ok im going to start again i bought a fowlr tank that it was about 2 y old then i had it with fish only for 2 months then i add mushrooms and more later on,and about 2-3 months ago i swap my tank to a 75g so since i used all my live rock and sand i thought it was ok

my par are since 1-4-2010
ammonia 0
nitrite. 0
nitrate. 0
ph. 8.2
cal. 490
alk(with the api test) 1.7= normal

Thanks and sorry if i cant explain myself better

Dont worry about helping me i woke up this morning to find a crushed anemone in a koralia..RIP bta

I would turn off the k and see if it will remove itself,it could still make a recovery.I have seen alot of pics people have posted that made a full recovery.

Ok i turned the k off but it didnt move so i moved it in a rock hole
should i cut the flow in the tank for awhile?

Thanks
