Time is flying, eh?

Ellery- the anemone is about 10" diameter right now, but aquarium lights are out.
It expands to roughly 12" in diameter during the day. It'll get bigger over the upcoming months.

Did you stick that milli in a hole or did you superglue it to the rock??

Superglue. It's the first thing the coral will grow over.
Incidentally, there's a big hole behind the Acros in that picture. I didn't glue any frags into it because my Blenny sleeps in it. Apparently one of Keith's Haitian Sun Polyps was in that hole and it only reappeared last week.

Next weekend will mark the one year anniversary of starting up this new aquarium and I'll probably post a bunch of pix to commemorate the date. I just snapped a picture of a larval Lysmata wurdemanii swimming around in my sump/refugium area. This is a big one (about 1/4" long). There's a ton of smaller ones along with other types of pods reproducing in my system now. Good things take time.
