I recently purchased a Carpet Anemone and it has had a difficult start in my tank. It has gotten wedged inside of a cave underneath about 50lbs of rock that I had to remove so that I could get the carpet out then it settled in a different spot to have my crocea clam that was upset over my moving the rock around jump off and land on top of the anemone. Now it has been in the same place for couple of days but has been deflated and the oral disc has been gaping open off and on it does not show any interest in food either. Is this anemone a goner or is there something I can do to help it?

Not sure of the type I believe it is a S. Hadoni not sure if I spelled that right, I have 55g with 2- 250w MH and 4 65w PC's
Nitrate's are less than 20ppm (don't have a test kit that will go any lower at the moment I have been looking into getting a different type)
