As title says i have a few questions about carpet nems. I Was wondering what everyone was feeding theirs and as i was getting on here to post this i saw someone say something about their waiste. Were do the pass their food once digest. Were do the poop? and What do they eat? Are they going to poop out their mouth? lol Sounds funny but a serious question. :lolspin:

i have a gigantea. i mainly feed him Rods food a few times per week (just feed my clowns heavier those days and squirt some directly on the nem)
carpet anemones have 1 orifice. they use it for both ingestion and excretion. goes in and comes out the same hole.

I thought they probably came in and out both ends. I just ask because when i come hom from work somedays i see what looks like a sand mixture sitting on its mouth all compact and havent touched it but it looks hard and didnt quite know what it was. The first time i saw it i took my turkey baster what i use to feed tank with and sucked it off its mouth.
