New Carpet Questions

Hello,

I have a new carpet I bought about a week ago and it tends to deflate when the lights come on and then inflate when the lights go off. Is it getting too much light (150 watt MH, 24 inch deep tank) or is it still adjusting to my tank?

are you doing thw window screening method? if not you should be. Youu need to acclimate to your lights.
