New Clam - Does it look healthy?

Ok, its a 3" crocea clam I got from my LFS. It used its foot to position itself to I take it it likes where it is. It showed no signs of acclimation shock and opened up very well after being introduced to the DT. The white on the mantle towards the middle is just some sand that got on it, and is yet to work its way off. Does the incurrent siphon look intact? Everything healthy? Thanks!!!

Thank you. I tried to look and make sure the incurrent siphon was not ripped or it didnt show signs on pinched mantle disease, but I honestly dont know what is good and what isnt with these guys so I was hoping the clam experts could tell me if this one looks good, while I do a crash course on croceas.

Nice looking crocea. Here is a link to read up on for people new to clams. I highly recommend reading both of the books listed in the link.

Thank you skinz. I will look into both books and have read the stuff posted there. Definitely a crocea too.
