New fairy wrasses in QT. Showing signs of worms, but not Ich. Prazi now?

I recently aquired a pair of girdled fair wrasses (C. balteatus) from DD. My standard QT procedure is TTM, followed by a course of Prazi. They went through their second transfer yesterday, both are out and looking reasonably happy and healthy. They are breathing normally, swimming around and exploring, eating, etc. The male has a mild abrasion from (I assume) jumping and hitting the lid at some point, but I see no sign of infection.

I do, however, see stringy poop left right and center, and a lot of it. Given they obviously have worms (or similar internal parasite) and show no signs of ich, would it make sense to treat with Prazi NOW, and continue TTM in 10 days after the parasites are cleared?

My gut tells me doing a big WC for them and hitting them with prazi now is probably the right thing to do, but I do not have much experience with treating SW fish for diseases, so I wanted to get some input from those with more experience prior to taking any action.

I would treat with Prazipro right away. I just went through using Prazipro on my Solarensis wrasse. Prazipro is very safe just be sure to put an air stone in to increase the oxygen. Also be aware that they may lose their appetite for a couple of days.

I gave them a very large WC, siphoning out all detritus and stringy poop residue while pumping in fresh SW last night, and gave an appropriate dose of Prazi. My gut tells me that's the right move, we'll see how they respond. I'll keep an eye on the male's minor injury to see how it recovers. I'll use antibiotics if it starts looking infected, but I'd really like to avoid that if I can. I'll probably do another very large WC in 5 days, and give the second dose of Prazi then.

You could have just kept going with ttm and dosed the prazi on each transfer. should be fine either way though sounds like they are gonna do fine if they are still eating after a couple transfers.

I may keep transferring anyway, they seem to be handling the prazi ok.

I'd say my only concern is the male's wound. He's got a little scrape on his lower lip too. I think he may have tried to swim through the bottom of the tank. Still no sign of infection, but I'll keep an eye and give him EM if I have to.

Edit: Both wounds are whiteish rather than red, which makes me think they are minor and not infected. The one on the side is slight raised, he may have torn a couple scales off during transfer.
