New guy here... I've kept a sw aquarium successfully in the past but its been nearly a decade. I didnt obtain much success in keeping coral but I am willing to make another go at it. For now ill just be lurking and doing my homework, building a plan, taking my time. :eek1::eek1::eek1:

Welcome in! The sticky-posts that live at the top of this forum are a collection of posts to help with some set-up issues. The big changes in 10 years are predominance of LED lights, and increasing emphasis on 'farmed' or 'tank-bred' specimens. Feel free to ask and hang in---mods and fellow travelers will do their best to provide what they know.

Welcome ProtagonistAnt! Yeah, Sk8r's stickies are excellent. Great idea taking your time and getting in the groove, getting parameters stable and keeping fish alive. Sounds like you have the right mindset to be successful. Have fun!
