Look at the last page of that thread... what the hell is wrong with that dude

yeah. I think he may have tried linking a photo but the site he was trying to link it to replaced it with that, because it's against their rules or something.

he said he was trying to post a link of a cartoon ghost or something, and the website put up that image.

Thats what I thought happened.

thanks! and does anyone have any suggestions or advice? i was told that it is a more hardy angel. but then some people tell me its not? thanks! ha i wanted to go pick it up but i don't think thats gonna happen. i heard they had a conspic and clarion too. i want to go see them. =D

ha. do you have any pics of your conspic? another awesome fish that i really want. but i don't have a big enough tank for it. =/ maybe eventually. i'm super happy with what i have now anyways. =]

why do my favorite fish (angelfish) have to be not reef safe. That is one of the most frustrating things in this hobby

She didn't make it past day 15 in QT. After that happened, I told myself that I would never buy a fish that cost over $300 let alone what the Conspic cost.

I had a place order the fish and agreed to take it upon arrival with no guaranty except DOA. This brought the fish down to $1200. I have gotten some medium to expensive fish in this manner (transhipped) before without any major problems but luck ran out.
She came in with what I think was an infestation of flukes which is not that uncommon with large angels.
I was stuck with the fish and I tried to treat her first with Prazi then with antibiotics but the infection was too far gone.

did you try a FW dip? i heard those work well for flukes. either way that was a beautiful fish. sorry you lost him. but don't give up! maybe you should try another. =] maybe a smaller one. the one pictured looks big. how big is it?

Wow Matt good luck with such a beautiful fish! And dont forget to have fun with all of this, and dont let some people get to you!
