New frag swap date

Looks like this is shaping up to be one incredible event - worth the trip down from Milwaukee for my very first frag swap. Sign me up +1 :D

Be sure to go to www.cmas.net and sign up to be a CMAS member. We will have a CMAS only table, where a member only has to show his membership card to gain entry into the swap. CMAS members will be able to access the Swap quicker this way.

I also want to know when i will get my card.I became a member yesterday for 2years.I Dislike that there will be individual bowls for each prize.I like the 1bowl idea best. Can we take a VOTE?

Ok as far as the cards goes when Bob came to pick up my clown goby last week he told me about 2 weeks to get my card and as for the swap if you dont have your card just print your receipt or membership info from the cmas site and bring it. Also with the separate ticket bowls he said they will be selling ticket blocks like so many tickets for so much cash...... so you can buy $30 in tickets and spread em around or drop em in one. I hope I win some rods food!!

Bob, how long does it take to get your card after you sign up??

Tony, our Membership Chairperson, has just sent out a bunch of membership cards, so they should be caught up. If anyone signs up and does not get their card in time, we will have updated membership lists so entrance will not be a problem. CMAS will have a CMAS only table, where members will only have to show their card to gain entrance to the Swap quicker.

Does anyone else not know what GIRS or MACNA stand for? :spin2:

I typed in GIRS aquatics, and came up with "Greater Iowa Reef Society". Not sure if that's what it is or not though.
