Picked this pair up in Dallas. Very large female, decent sized male, and they have already spawned several times. I got the two fish, and the anenome they were hosting in (a sebae about the size of a bowling ball) for $119 :D They are absolutely gorgeous, and the male has already been cleaning the tile ;)

I'm sure it'll be a while before i have eggs, but I just had to share.

Try to replicate the enviroment , aquasacape, as much as you can.
They might keep their spawning schedule.

Great price if they lay eggs.

Thanks Ed, they were in a bare bottom 20H with nothing but them and the anenome at the LFS. Now they are in a 55 all by themselves, but they have sand and a few rocks...and a tile :D We'll see how it goes, sure would be nice if they kept their schedule though.

Did you ever experiment with any seahorses Ed? I have a pregnant male H. Kuda, I'm conversing with all the online experts, but I'd sure take some advice from you also if you ever did any.

So that is what Mulcahy means!

Well Jason if you are getting your info from SH.org from guys like David and Todd , you are in good hands.

Some folks have gone way beyond where I left off. Liisa Coit and Dan Underwood are two names that come to mind. Both have been very successful. To find Liisa you have to go to Syngnathid.org and look for Simply Smitten. Dan should be at shorg as Dan U. I have been out of touch, I'll bet there are others now.

Edgar, an old Irish gentleman told me it means "war-like" :smokin:
