New LA ritteri

Getting a ritteri in the morning from LA. It's supposed to be a large African. What color should I expect? Every mag I've ever had was purple. But this is the first I've ever ordered online. And I do have cipro and a HT on hand if I need it.

Have your hospital tank ready to go. LA doesn't quarantine proactively. Good luck I've been told these guys are more difficult then gigs to house.

Not looking so good. Come in completely deflated and water so cloudy you can't see it. Had mymom go disconnect my fuge and put it in there till I get home. Getting my cipro at the vet this afternoon it's gonna need it

Having both gigs and mags, I definitely think mags are the easier of the two, both in terms of housing and QT.

I also think they ship better than gigs. Even though this mag looks terrible in the bag, it may perk up once its got some clean water. It may not even need Cipro treatment. Fortunately, if it does need treatment, mags tend to respond a lot better and faster than other nems.

LA was contacted and refunded me my money but that's not the important thing right now. I'm gonna give this thing it's best shot at making it. It looks 10x better than it did when I got it but still looks horrible. It was already attached to the rock when I got home so it stayed on it when it went to the HT.

I agree with you the issue is the nem's life. Looks 1000 x better than before. I'm glad to hear that LA was standup about it
