New mag / Ritteri and pics

I don't think feed will harm it. And I'm going to cut back but my mag seems happy after its fed. Here is my new reactor setup. Not in the tank yet just testing flow and media. Carbon first then gfo.

Not to derail the OP thread, but they are picasso clowns.

It did finally settle for 2 weeks or so at the top of the rock right above that one just short of the rock at the top of the tank that is pretty small and probably wouldn't accomodate the whole nem.

Beautiful Mag I wish i could add a Purple base to my tank by i already have a Tan Base one and dont want to make any any thing bad happen i know they like to be the only Nem in the tank

Done with the testing for my reactor. Just finished installing in my system. Also did a 15% wc. Everything good so far. Hope to get phos down.

I'm sure you will. A properly running GFO reactor can usually knock your PO4 to zero in well under 24 hours.

Update. My mag is doing good. No deflation for the last 3 days. Just normal deflat of the tenticles on one side the reinflate in about 2 seconds. Added more flow and seems to adjusting nicely. Fed a dime piece of shrimp and haven't deflated. Standing nice and tall. Phosphate is starting to dip.

Deflated once in the last 7 days. Bout 5 hours. Took in new water now and is with more flow. Seem to be liking it. Stand tall about 80% of the time. 2 week mark. Not to shabby. Sorry for the phone pic. Spent my money on my tank not a camera.

New pose I haven't seen. Must be enjoying the new flow.

Update.

A month in and haven't deflated at all. Since the day 10. Even after being fed. Started to move but its on an island so it can't move much. Just around the rock. Then I just position the rock so the nem is facing up again. I touched it yesterday while cleaning my tank. This guy packs a super punch. Very sticky and I touch bunch of nems before but this guy actually felt like a carpet nem sting maybe worst.
