everything is so neat and clean, i like that.

Thanks, Zoos. My macro algae sump is basically on display as well since everything is in my basement, so I figured the clean and neat look would be the way to go. Here are a few updated pictures ... my new project is just about finished. Thinking of adding a Kalk reactor as well.

Geo Kalk Reactor as well?

Not yet. I top off with kalkwasser manually but would like to add a kalk reactor soon. Not sure about the brand. Maybe you could build me one, Travis?

I recently replaced my calcium media from crushed coral to coral skeletons. Not sure if it will make a difference, but GEO recommended the large Schuran grain reactor media and it was finally in stock again.

Looks like your macro is really starting to take off.

Notice any color differences in the coral since the skimmer has broken in??

The new skimmer is working out well. Not sure if it is a combination of things (IE, increased flow, new skimmer, calcium reactor, new lighting system, weekly water changes, etc) but the color and growth rates of my existing corals have been great so far. I should see a big difference in a year or two if everything goes as planned.
