New RO/DI unit

It finally arrived this morning. I am especially eager to get as much ro/di water into tank as quickly as possible to combat a persistent cyano problem.

So my question is, how much water can I exchange at what rate and not damage/stress my fish or inverts?

I'm too impatient to wait on the weekly 10% changes.

I would say about 30% every other day should get you where you want to be. You can go larger and more frequent but, as with anything in reefing, a little patients can be rewarding.
