New rose anemone completely closed

I came home from work to find my anemone completely closed up. She was fine and fully extended 3 hours ago.
Is she sick? Should I be worried? I brought her home Wednesday, and she's stayed open through the night, so I'm pretty concerned!

Mine (all 11 of them) pretty much deflate when the lights go out, some close up completely. They'll also close up/deflate shortly after being fed.

If the nem is new, I wouldn't be too concerned yet.

Starting to feel better.... poor little clown looks so lost without her bed.
Here are before/after pics - just to be sure.

I did give her some food today - nothing big, just some of the 50/50 (brine, mysis, blood worms - I think) mix that my fish get.

Right - lights are out right now. That was a flash picture. I normally don't flash my tank, but I wanted to get some opinions on this.
Thanks for the reassurance guys.

watch for the poo. i've got the same clone. it's normal for this nem . don't be surprised if it decides to climb higher. not a huge deal, but your pocci or acro frags could get fryed . it's a very hardy bta. i'd be prepared for it to detach and float around the tank.

Thanks for the pics talon.
So - now I'm sort of worked up again because the mouth is gaping open. It's sort of like a cycle - it droops, then contracts, then looks like it's trying to turn itself inside out, followed by the mouth gaping open - then repeat cycle.

I only got it Wednesday night (been in the tank about 51 hours). I fed a little fish food (50/50 brine, mysis, worms) today.

tomorrow, try putting a little chub directly in the tentacles. I think (i'm sooooooo not the expert in this, or anything), but from what i've seen with mine, they take a few days to adjust.

hahahhahahahaha. chub of food. a smidgen. a piece...a chunk...a wad...more than a sprinke...less than a boulder.....lmao.

Also - anyone know what a split looks like - I mean actually during the split? Could this be a possibility? She's starting to look a little heart shaped. I tried to find images online, but they're all either before/after shots, or the clown is in the way.

Sounds like a split. Many nems will split when stressed. Give it time. As long as lighting is strong enough, good parameters and nothing eating it, you should be fine. And, if it does split i know someone who is looking for one.
