New rose anemone completely closed

hmmmmm....might not know for a bit..is there any indication in the center that you can see that is like a thinning..or even some exposed rock?

So I'm pretty sure it's splitting. I've taken a couple pictures - nothing useful yet. It looks like I'm going to have to wait until morning to see the end result - it's way past my bedtime!

I would say it's still acclimating to your tank.

I think randy has hit it on the nose there it looks stressed it may split but personally I think your going to wake up to see it somewhere other then where it was when you went to bed

Well - I was sure I was going to wake up to two anemones! Not so - just one, but she's fully open again and looks to be doing fine - even in the same spot (which is great because it's front and center)!

The "split" I saw must have been the scar from where she split the first time - in the store.

Mine split a few days ago and looked horrible wile doing it and still both do not look all that great..

They are starting to look good for a few hours a day now though
