I have a 46 g bow-front tank that is in the making of being a seahorse tank. I want to make it natural and be able to host corals that are safe and non-stinging as well as macros and some sponges.... I'm not sure which light would be better. Please let me know. Thanks... http://www.aquatraders.com/Odyssea-36in-Metal-Halide-with-T5-Extendable-Serie-p/54246.htm

If I go with the MH I'll be getting 7.1 wpg

If I go with the T-5 I'll be getting 3.4 wpg

i would go with the t5's as mh's can actually promote growth of algae on the seahorses. i've got t5's over my 75g with macros and all are doing well.
