New tank with LED light

So, a third of a tub of zeo speed glue, 8 tubes of super glue, 10 tubes of aquaknead, 100 cable ties to hold it while drying and this is the new scape....

Great looking system :)

I have this question bothering me for quite some time: When you put the SPS frags so close together, when they grow into each other will they just adapt, or the strongest wins?

Also, what putty did you use for gluing these rocks together? Thanks :)

Nice collection man. How is the spread front to back with the LED? Does the par drop off towards the front?

The spread is there considering how my light is just a narrow line of LEDs down the middle, though I dont keep SPS there as the PAR does drop off. With LED ive found its about coral placement, you have to be clever with scaping to make sure there are no shadow spots from other corals.

Thanks Steve, I think though with T5 or MH it would look better with more colors showing up...cant wait for the violet pads from vertex to bring out some more reds hopefully!

not sure what it is but its a nice piece :)

ill get some pics for you over the weekend, dont have any right now...nothing special under there though...simple setup here with a sump (skiimer, return, carbon and rowa), plumbed to a chiller, cal reactor.

I like the tank but am I the only one that thinks most of the acros look pail? Like they are getting too much light or not enough nutrients?
