Just broke down my 90g salt water tank after 1 year. Although it was doing really well I recentley moved and do not have time to mantain a large tank. I could not part with my pair of t. perc so I decided to get a 12g nano cube. Please help with a few questions.

1)Is 20lb of live sand too much for a 12 nano?

2)Can I bring my two cleaner shrimp?

3)How much LR should i put in my cube?

4)Whats the best way to increase flow in the nano?

5)I left the sponge in chamber 1, carbon only in chamber 2, and my 50w heater and pump in chamber 3 does this sound ok?

Thats all i can think about right now, thanks for your help.

I would think that 20lb of sand in a 12 would be a little much, but it depends on how deep you want your sand bed. Your 2 cleaner shrimp would be fine in there. I have a pair in my 12 that was started a month ago. I have about 15lb of rock in my nano. I would take some rubble rock and put in the second chamber to add some additional bio filtration. To upgrade the flow you could replace the stock pump with a MJ 900 or 1200. They work great in these aquariums. If you want to get really DIY, you can cut the black covering out on the outside of the second chamber and replace it with plexiglass to have a mini-fuge. That is what I have in my 12. HTH FWIW
