new to this

You need a stable well run tank as stated by bradleym above. In addition, different anemone species are different in their requirements in term of light and flow, sand bed or rock structure, placement of the anemone. You can give detail information about your tank and we can give recommendation on the species, or give us what species you want to keep and information about your setup, we then can give recommendation in changes if any are needed.

Ok I'll do that but right now my tank is reallie cloudy my friends told me it was cause because of a bacteria bloom and told me to let it be it would clear up in a week or two is he right????

Yes. You should REALLY head over to the "New to the Hobby" section and learn what you're dealing with. All kinds of things like bacterial blooms are covered under the steps in cycling a new tank.

To be honest, if you are having a bacterial bloom like that, you shouldn't have any fish or inverts in the tank.

Cloudy could also just be fine sand sediment that needs to settle/filter out. If cloudy is a bacterial bloom I'd think it would smell pretty bad too.
