Are you perchance doing Save For Web? If so, that doesn't seem to export EXIF info. Do a Save As, specify jpg file type and then save.

I tried Save As.

There is only
Photoshop (.PSD or .PDD)
Photo Project Format (.PSE)
JPEG2000 (.jpf, jpx, jp2, j2k, jpc)
Photoshop PDF (pdf, pdp)
Photoshop Raw (raw)
PNG (.png)
TIFF

Those are the only options for save as. I don't have the option to save it as jpg unless I Save For Web.

That's because you're likely working in 16bit mode. Convert to 8 bit and then JPG should be available. You can also check the "Save for Web" dialog. At least in CS4, there's an option to decide how much meta-data remains with the image.

You should also make sure that you're saving converted master images in something other than JPG. TIFF or PSD are good choices. Saving it to JPG degrades the image so you don't want to use that format for your masters.

Thank you so much. That did it. I would of never figured that out! Now a couple AWESOME shots (IMO of course) coming

Nice Doug. FYI, I don't see a Metadata dropdown on the Elements Save for Web dialog as I do on the same dialog in CS4.

Okay - good know as I don't have the product. I bet that it'll be in next version. Adobe took some heat over that, especially with the proposed "orphan works" legislation that's in the works.

Cheers

A couple of my best today

How much does the D60 usually run if you don't mind me asking. I have been thinking about getting a new camera for a while and got some cash saved and it looks like your getting some pretty good shots with it.

Very nice! Good job overcoming your obstacles. Nice color and texture on the 'shroom. I might have shifted the camera left an inch so its mouth wasn't dead center and more of the contrasting background texture became apparent. I like pic #2, the first chalice shot. Don't be afraid to get even closer if you can. A tighter vertical shot of the colorful chasm in shot #3 could be really cool.

Funny you ask. I just got it from Best Buy and they accidentally gave me 10% off twice. So I ended up get the Camera and Lens for around $470 instead of $599

Ok, now that you are working in raw, start using the tools for white balance , sharpening, brightness and the other things that come up in the box.
And yes the Meta data is there now. This is kinda how my mind thought your coral might look. These are my impressions, and when doing them in RAW they the adjustments are finer and better quality. I had to use the jpg you posted which through all the changes is fairly low quality.
