New underwater Camera

very nice photos.. great to have a point and shoot camera that can take these types of photos in lieu of SLRs and underwater housings or photoboxes...

Some of the pics I posted have been removed or deleted by photobucket? I'm thinking when I did some spring cleaning in there and deleted some photos I removed them from the post. I'm new to photobucket but I'm assuming that is why they disappeared ? whoops I think...???

Am I the only one keeping this thread alive? :D

I'll add to this, yes, I did get my olympus.
These are my first attempt w/ it, standing on a shaky chair, and clumbsily fumbling around in tank.
No CC or anything, just super macro w/ LED setting,

Right on those pics are very good most of the ones I took I tried super macro no led and angle so the camera doesn't shade the coral, and start 1inch then two ect. .out of 10 pics one is sure to be money. p.s shaky chairs are never a good idea, I found a cheap plank style work bench sturdy and about 40"long. I'd hate to read thread "Fell in Tank when taking Pic".

I tried to figure out what photos I deleted I think these are some of them.I pulled some from my library.Hope you like.

oh man these pics just made my day! keep em coming fellas!

and a question - whats the subject in the second picture? I have not seen it before so I was just wondering

It's a Anemone Thalassianthus aster. Some people would call them a pest, but I like them and they reproduce so usually once a year I pull 4 or 5 out and trade them in.They can be a problem if they choose to locate on or to close to coral, The ones I have behave quite well.
The green grapes on them are super sticky. Glad you like the pics.

Nice ,I should tell Olympus I'm going to need some commission here. ha ha
Looking forward to seeing some pics.

Those look really good. For most coral pictures, the lowest ISO results in a very good picture.
