The care package comes with replacement nylon bolts. Instead of using a thin wall socket, you use an included allen wrench. It also includes a vapor barrior for the motor.

I just tore apart my 4 way and found some white pvc chips from all my plumbing(a couple good sized pieces too) stuck in the 4way (I thought I had tank completely cleaned out...) and the drum was kinda stuck. After I carefully removed the drum and cleaned out all the junk, the drum slid back in and turned real nice and smooth. So Im hoping that was the culprit for the heat build up. Besides a mystery Oring that didnt belong in the oceans motion (I was determined to fit it in there) the whole unit came apart and went back together very nicely. I really applaud Paul for such a beautifully simple and effective design!

I am excited to finally come close to getting water in this thing, I have been working on it for 6 months now and my wife is killing me. By the way this is in the middle of my living room in a 1 bedroom condo. Located front of my other tank. All the woodwork was done on my Lanai and I have been written up 6 times for excessive noise.
