New Wireless pumps from Jebao RW-8 & RW-15

What would you recommend for 4 x 2 x 2

If you want the rw-series go with the rw-8. Rw-8 can easily be run at 70% and keep sps. An rw-15 would kill your tank haha. I say kill because you won't have any water left in the tank. I myself SHOULD have went with rw-15 because the 20's throw water over the sides of my tank. I have to run them separately. When one is off the other is on and vise a versa.

If you wouldn't mind the Wp wavemakers you could go with the twin series wp-25's. These would be perfect but you would need to place one on each side. One more towards the front of the glass on the left or right side of the tank and 1 closer to the back on the opposite side panel.

Rw-8 would be perfect. The flow in my 200 gallon is so strong that it throws water over the tank AND create sand storms. I have to buy the rw-15s. I might even wait to test out maxspects new riptide gyre generator

Just a side note, still rockin wp40's myself.. Had them for quite awhile, been pretty hard on them too. Couple drops, couple times not cleaning forever and they get gunked up and you can hear them work REAL hard, even had some hair tangle in one and it must have stopped/been stuck for almost a week.

They're still truckin. And I didn't have to pay some crazy 600$ for each. (lol I'm sorry, but that's just stupid)

How's the RW series? Any new wave patterns?
Apologies if I missed someone's review of it in the thread, got sick of seeing people argue back and forth and just came to the end of the thread and posted...

The flow is a lot wider, goes farther . You can wirelessly hook up multiple pumps to each other. Modes are:

Constant
wave 1
Wave 2
Else
alternate (kind of like wave 1 but drawn out more)

Worth upgrading from the original series? (I got the jbwave so my flow patterns are ok :D )

Any advice on which sizes? I have a 75g barebottom but thinking of putting sand back in...

ok another which pump to get I want to be able to run them in ELSE mode tank is 60 x 24 120g 1" sand bed. Two rw 8's be to much in ELSE mode some other combination any suggestions please

I run 2 RW8's in a 4' 75.. Right now I'm running 1 in Else Mode 1 in W1 (Wave) set to longest duration. You should be able to run them both in else in your tank by placing them high on the glass. The output will fall off some so plan for it.

I just replaced my rw-20s in my tank 66"x30" x24" because at 10% they were creating sandstorms and blowing water over the sides. I got two rw-15's and they can do the job without doing either at 100% the jump in flow from rw-15 and rw-20 is rediculous

Thinking about RW15s for a 120g with sand bottom and plenty of Tonga branch rock. I understand almost everyone says the RW15s are too strong for this, but does anyone have experience with the variable power supply 12 - 24V?
