tubs I have not meet you yet
but have been a fan of all of the coral that you have put your mark on
just wanted to say welcome back and will be interested in seeing what you come up with next.
Matt
Thansk Matt - but man I think it is a tall order to find anything unique nowadays with so many reefers with good eyes out there.

Hi John,
Long time no talk. It seems like just yesterday I saw you at Wayne's presentation.
Hope everything it going well for you. I must say I was surprised that you were without a tank (I heard it from SueT). Drop me a line sometime
Best regards,
Kevin

hey john, you've been the hardest person to get a hold of... u sure u didnt weigh that 15lb loss with you and the bike. u know them carbonfiber frames shed a lot of weight off frames.
Lost my phone - i thought that 650 number was a pesky lab technician calling - will call ya laterz. BTW looks like you need to get a carbon fiber bike

Lets ride sometime.

John, no matter what the bike's called, I can picture you climbing as well as Iban Mayo with your new beauty. BTW, do you have a 53-39 on your bike? I put a Shimano 50-34 on mine last year since I'm getting too old and fat for some of the hills like the Montebello Road climb.
yeah right the likes of mayo will pass me up like i was standing still. Flatland though I can hang me thinks. Maybe another 10 lbs I might begin to start looking decent on climbs LOL. Anyway yeah I'm running compact cranks too - similar top end with a nice bailout on the lower end.

john...15lbs! that is awesome man
you whoopin up on your boss now?
i caught the sacramento stage of the amgen tour and it was incredible. seeing them and hearing you drop 15lbs is motivation enuf for me to lose my winter coat!
tim
At the end of the year last year yeah I was making him look like a mad dog with how much he's breathing and spewing

I lost a lot cuz of successive colds the past 1.5 months but am starting to get some nice hard miles in again thanks to the weather.
TOC was awesome! I was at the KOM at Sierra Road like last year and man the field was completely obliterated. The gaps were so large that a lot of spectators started down the hill before the last stragglers came up!"
