next meeting, Sat Nov 12th, UCO venue at 7.30pm

At this meeting we will be voting on the new COMAS Officers:

President,
Vice President,
Treasurer,
Secretary.

There is a thread already started regarding these positions. Anyone wishing to run for COMAS office should add their name and let us know which position they seek.

Should only 1 person wish ton run for any position, they will, by default, be granted that posiotion.

Should more than 1 person seek that position we will have a mini discussion where both parties can present their views and a vote thereafter.

Sorry that you could not come out, the turn out was pretty light but Tonya and I took our offices. Everyone talked a bit and we had two gift certificates for 25.00 each that we gave out.

Have a lot of things to figure out for the upcoming year Tonya and I sat down after the meeting for a couple hours to start working up a plan of action.

I wish I could have volunteered for secretary but I am worried that I wont have the proper amount of time to devote to the club with the baby

Although, considering no one else has volunteered, I will say this: If no one viable is found by January, I would be happy to fill the position. I just might have to miss a meeting here and there for the baby and I will probably have to bring him to the ones I come to!
