I voted the trigger tank because IMO the fish would be more active, swimming around and picking at the rock, plus you don't have to stick feed the majority of the residence, you can just toss in pellets for the most part. The Zebra eel would be the only stick feeder and the puffer would need to be fed clams and stuff.

The scorp tank would be very cool BUT it would take a lot of work to stick feed all those inhabitants. You might be able to just toss in the clams or dead shrimp or whatever and they will pick it out of water column but you would have to wean them from live food to frozen on a stick, then wean them off the stick. I'm not sure how long the cardinals would last though.

A show size volitan is a jaw dropper but I wouldn't enjoy the tank as much as the trigger tank, it would also require stick feeding for the lions and the eel.

That said, just do whatever tank you want, pick fish that excite you and you'll be happy.

i will have all of the tanks eventually. so i just need to pick which is going to be next. the trigger will be a great tank but i love the look of scorps and lions.

I say scorp tank, i've kept all those fish, except the cardinals, and they all readily took to frozen except the yellow spotted and fu manchu

if i do the trigger tank what order should i add the fish?
is there any chance i can get a sohal tang for the tank? (fiances favorite fish)
