nice big old frag

I thought it was funny, interesting when I took this foot long green stylo out of my tank to decorate. The frag plug was still on the bottom of the coral. Wish all my frags grew this big.

That frag was eventually placed in 30 inches of water on the bottom of my tank, it was purchased from upscales fish and reptile, the mount is a golf tee, not the regular kind. The frag was 1" and was purchased 4 yrs ago.


Since this video below I have taken the entire left side of the tank apart cleaned the rocks in tank water, replaced them and reaquascaped it. I am now more interested in adding granulosa, turaki, lokani, surharsonoi and what I would call smooth skin corals.
