Nine peppermint angels!!!!

I can only imagine how stressed u are now ...

Id get ALOT of live food ready before its arrival, live mysid would even be worth it for this guy ... at the beginning at least.

any info on their natural diet ? cant be algae at that dept ... so Im guessing sponges and pods and mysid and the like ?

probably will not do anything different..will talk to Rufus and see what temp they been in since being collected...I have not used heaters in a while...tanks probably ave 75 year round

Nice video and cute fish.....price is crazy wild tho:eek:

You have valuable internal organs you can sell though, maybe you can get a pair ...

It would be hard to convince my wife, like with all of my current and previous livestock, that this little fish had only cost me $20. She is getting smart to that racket. She googled the joculator I bought a couple months back and I got a stern lecture on the cost of saltwater fish :blown:

I may not have the same street cred as paka but if some generous person (s) want to donate a pair to me I'll gladly devote my life to breeding them :)

Such an exciting time in the hobby. First the interruptus breeding and now this. When was the last time these fish were collected/available?

RCT no longer exists, so its unlikely they will pick up a pair... lol

I doubt the price will stay as high as it was the first time around, but its is highly unlikely they will drop for the average aquarists budget. They are still very deep, take a lot of time, and are obvious not crazy common even at those depths, or we'd see 100-200 pop up at a time... Plus, with only one diver getting them, he can control the market price/collection unless another rebreather diver joins in on the fun. lol
