Noisy 6025

Roger,

I have had my 6025's (2) for about 4-5 months. They have worked fine and I was not having any of the issues that others have had with the first production runs. In the last week they have gotten very noisy and are taking longer to correct themselves. I took them apart to clean them and the shafts are loose (1 fell right out). I put them back together and nothing improved. What else can I do??

The shafts being loose is the problem, they are supposed to be permanently fixed in the motor. The motors need to be replaced.

Roger, I have one of the first of the 6025s' that were available and the shaft/impellor is loose and won't stay put. What do I need to do to get this fixed or replaced? Thanks.
