I remember when I turned 30. That's when strange stuff started happening to me. Having to stretch before excercising. Enlargment of the waistline. Nose hair. It's all building up to 40, when your eyesite will start to change, more waistline enlargement, aches and strange pains, and moles. Oh, and don't forget the skin tag progression.

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday!!! I just read through most of your thread! Nice setup you have there! I really like the design of the entire setup not just the tank. Those bubble kings seem to be the way to go. I may have to get one soon.

Let the wisdom shine and keep us posted on the progression.

just a quick update from a friend, we got some corals in this week and have them placed, almost have the tank all hooked up to the controller. We also got our frag tank stocked a little, hopefully dave will have some picks up within the next week
Have a good one!

Update:

My computer had to be sent in to get some repairs done...FUN!! I would have rather lost a leg. :)

I am looking for the USB thingy that reads my camera disc (something that was on my laptop)...Anyway, I will find it and post pictures tonight.

I did get the Ozone reactors and will try and hook that up this weekend.

Thanks for the birthday congrats!!

Finally! Got some pictures on photobucket.

I am not 100% sure how theese pictures turned out. I am on a computer where the monitor seems junk. But let me know if the light saturation, white balance, or color hues seems off. On this monitor they do, but on the camera they seemed fine.

Pics of the unit ?? Also where did you get it from ??

I had a link and picture about 3-4 pages back on the ozone reactor. It has a reacton chamber with a bunch of plasic shavings and then the output (air and water) go through sperate carbon reactors and then back into the sump. I have an air dryer and pump before the ozotech unit.

Here are some test results as of this morning.

Nitrate - 20ish

Ammonia - 0

Phos - 0

dKH - 11

Calcium - 440

Mag - 1480

pH - 8.09

ORP - 355

Temp - 76.7

Salinity - 1.028

My tank almost looks like its going through a mini cycle again. There seems to be a some brown algae on the sandbed which I think is from the rock I added to the sumps (from frag tank which sat out of water 2 weeks).

The corals don't show any signs of stress. The polyps are extended and the color is vivid. No signs of die off other than two corals that had some die-off when the shipment came in.
