b-ionic is more then just cal/alk unlike BRS and what we make. I have had talks w/ the owner. Theres a salt i have been beta testing I am in love with. Its pricey but it is also cheaper then some salts. My sps love it.
Well I like it! But, I can't wait to get the geo reactor hooked up and running. I think I am going to clean my UV reactor tonight...anything special i need to do?
Did some reorganizing last night to make room for the Geo reactors. I moved the ozone, carbon and phosphate reactors to the right side of the tank where i had a just enough room to fit them!
That gave me enough room under the tank for both the kalk and calcium reactors as well as the CO2 Bottle.
Slowly but surely I will get all the wires and such organized. This is what i decided to do with the tunze power boxes for now. it probably could be a little better, but atleast this way I can trace a cord to the right pump.
And last but not least a current tank shot...My acrylic is dirty so i could only get one okay picture. I did manage to get another moorish idol so the other one had a "buddy"...they seem to like to school with the banner butterflies in the tank too!
One other shot I'm not sure i have shown or spoke about yet. I am having an artist do a mosaic around the whole fish tank area...Here is what he has done thus far.
That's great to hear. I really like that Curt was able to build a cross-over module and that Tunze worked with him on it. That really shows that both companies are really working in the best interests of their clients.
I will be back in town tonight and will let you know if media came. It was a number of factors that made me want to switch. I liked it for the most part, but the interference with my icecaps was irritating me and I search for answers to no avail. What do you mean by 4-head unit? The dosing pump?
