Norwegian 140g sps tank

Here's the last batch of pictures too.

The Acropora Austera is finally getting the blue color back.

Acropora Vermiculata.

IMG_0677.jpg

Acropora Tenuis or Subulata.

I can't remember what this little frag is. It may look like a small Milli perhaps? I got it as a one inch branch.

IMG_0685.jpg

Acropora Millepora ORA. Put this on my frag rack to get it higher. It's beginning to get the blue color back.

Thank you Crazy Beaver.

I bought myself a nano aquarium (Aqua Medic Yasha) yesterday. The plan is to have some Ricordeas and LPS in the nano aquarium. Here is some of my Ricordea's and one new LPS.

New Ricordea Yuma I call DreamPeach.

Very nice Rics. Do these things move around at all? I'm going for a mainly SPS tank, but would mind at least one nice Ricordea.

Very nice!

Thank you :)

Thank you :) I find a Ricordea or two in the Heliofungia from time to time. I'll glue them to a heavier rock when I have time. I'll be setting up a Nano aquarium, some of the Rics will be moved there when the cycle is finished.

Some new corals!

Acropora Jacquelineae (I think/hope).

Hmm, there was a post over #240 yesterday from some guy that I had a good camera, but now it's gone:eek1:

Here's more pictures.

This was fragged from a big colony that was imported as Acropora Caroliniana. My frag look more similar to Lokani perhaps?

Thank you. I am very happy with my ATI Sunpower :) It's usually about 15cm above the waterline. Now it's around 30cm because I changed bulbs in february.

Hi, how many months have passed since you changed the T5's? And do you change them all in one go or you change one at a time like example one every two days?

I changed the bulbs after 12 months. All in one go except one bulb that was broken, changed that a week after :)

Love all the pics you post.

You have some really pretty stuff. Really like those colors you're getting.

Reef on!

Here's one of my three Desalwii's. This is the one with the largest potential.

IMG_2679.jpg

Bought two new corals yesterday. Both pictures are taken 30 min after a strong coral dip.

One Millepora.

And one Digitifera.

I love the transformation of that first one! Thats a real gem of a coral you got there.

I also really like the coral in the 2nd photo I quoted above. That one has REAL potential to really improve the colours and brighten up a bit.

Keep the updates coming man, you got some really nice corals. HAHA at some point you going to have to decide to let some go to let the rest grow to nice sizes.

Yeah I know. I want crystal clear water and to kill possible parasites (I'm soon getting an Achilles Tang) ;)

I changed to this, very happy with the combination:

ATI Blue plus
ATI Aquablue special
ATI Blue plus
ATI Purple plus
ATI Blue plus
ATI Aquablue Special

I feed once a day with pellets, then flake (both from Ocean Nutrition (formula one and two + brineshrimp flake from ON) and in the evening some candy for the fish (frozen artemia, mysis, angel formula, ++). I feed my corals with reef pearls once in a while. I feed my LPS with a blaster.

I also add Coral snow once a day (mostly to get rid of the Cyano) and Sponge Power once a day.

How does coral snow help in getting rid of cyanos???
